About Us

CDR is a family-run business established in the late 1970’s by Ronald Coulter, based in Hillsborough Co. Down. Now run in partnership with his son, James, CDR has developed into one of the foremost demolition contractors in Northern Ireland.

CDR undertakes contracts of varying size throughout Northern Ireland and the UK mainland ranging from small scale demolition of individual properties to large infrastructure projects. CDR values their relationship with individual private clients equally to their major business partners. CDR has the right experience and expertise to provide clients with the most practical solutions, on time, within budget and all in a professional manner.

CDR operates a fleet of machinery capable of tackling all demolition projects. All CDR staff are CSR accredited and undertake training on a regular basis to keep updated with H&S regulations and new plant operating skills. Training combined with many years experience ensures that CDR management and workforce have the skill and capability to deliver a superior level of service to our clients.
